An online training program on cultural diversity has been designed for judicial officers. Developed under the auspices of the Judicial Council on Cultural Diversity, the program draws on a number of resources, including the Family Court of Australia’s highly regarded online cultural competency training course. This article outlines the program’s objectives and how it may assist judicial officers in dealing with cultural diversity in their courts.
