The recent Domestic Violence Sentencing Trends and Issues paper is very impressive and useful - I’ve referred to the sentencing law and principles section twice this week.  I also found the statistics and discussion around selected offences extremely helpful (and reassuring).  It is a highly professional and thought provoking publication.
