The Commission has published Conduct Division Panel guidelines

Only matters where the Conduct Division has formed an opinion that the matter could justify Parliamentary consideration of the removal of the judicial officer from office, and which have been presented to Parliament, are published on our website.

Where a Conduct Division has formed an opinion that the matter is wholly or partly substantiated, but it does not justify Parliamentary consideration of the removal of the judicial officer from office, a report is sent to the relevant head of jurisdiction. The report remains confidential and may not be made available to members of the public in accordance with confidentiality provisions in our legislation.
